Hello, World (Again)

Every developer's first program prints "Hello, World." It felt right to start here too.

I'm starting an adventure into AI. I want to learn it the way I learned everything else that mattered in my career: by building things, making mistakes, and writing down what I find.

This site has four parts:

• Case Studies — architecture decisions from real systems, with the trade-offs.
• AI Lab — experiments and honest write-ups as I learn AI.
